after we get the order,

2, cut the pvc material in panels

 

3, printing the design on the panels

 

4, hot sealed the panels together, it will became a beach ball

 

5, inflated them , and leave them about 12 hours to check air release.

 

6. deflated them , packing them in polybags and carton

 

7. ship out.
